• FREE Standard Shipping on Orders over $49 within Australia including GST.
• Standard Shipping on Orders under $49 is $9.90 within Australia including GST.
• New Zealand Shipping on Orders under $100 is $18.00 including GST.
• New Zealand Shipping on Orders over $100 is FREE.

Australian Delivery

Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure you have completed all address details to ensure your order arrives in the fast possible timeframe. We will endeavour to send your order to you within 5-7 business days of making your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering

Where possible, FedEx is our preferred supplier. Deliveries of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Chemcorp will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. 

Additional Identification

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Chemcorp may affect estimated delivery times. Chemcorp reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.
